CPAP Patient Services

Life Supply is offering 3 ways for delivery of PAP equipment :

1. Direct shipment to your home for replacement machines

2. Teleconference appointments for those patients able to access remotely, with equipment shipped to your home

3. Pre-scheduled in person appointments for those who without access to or that are uncomfortable with doing it via teleconference 

TELECONFERENCE

If you decide on a teleconference call for your PAP set up, we recommend some helpful education and support resources available to you before we mail out the equipment. You will need to a device with a camera and microphone to access the teleconference during your remote set up with our clinician. Both need to be enabled on your device for the conference. A customer service representative will call you approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment, during that call you will be emailed a link to your appointments waiting room. Once we confirm that you are ready to go, the call will end and your clinician will join you for your appointment.

  • Visit www.ResMed.com/SleepApneaBasics to learn about the importance and benefits of treating your sleep apnea along with getting started with CPAP therapy.
  • Download the myAir™ for Air10™ by ResMed app through the app store on your phone and create an account to track your therapy progress and receive personalized coaching to help you adjust to therapy.
  • Visit ResMed’s mask fit page to determine which mask and what size you are interested in.

CLINIC VISIT

If you would rather schedule an office visit for your PAP set-up we will be glad to do so. Our clinic will be a safe place to pick up your equipment and get instructions on it’s use. 

We ask you to follow the same list of instruction above in regards to the education and support resources available to you before your visit. Doing so will give you a better understanding of what to expect during your appointment. It will also shorten your visit and reduce exposure.

Please be aware, there will be several signs and instructions before you can enter the building. We will ask you to call from your car when you arrive 413-593-5555. A member of the Life Supply team will come out to meet you, take your temperature and ask you some brief questions. If approved, you can then enter the facility. YOU MUST HAVE A MASK. If you do not have access to one, Life Supply will provide you with one.
