Our goal is to continue to provide the best care possible, while doing so in a way that is comfortable and safe.  Life Supply is following all CDC guidelines to provide a safe environment for both patients and our employees. Below is an overview our revised office regulations regarding retail and CPAP equipment distribution during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Retail: If you would like to pick up supplies, please call customer service and we will set-up curbside pick-up for you. If the items you need can be mailed to you we will do so. We appreciate your cooperation and will make every effort to accommodate you.

CPAP Patient Services

Life Supply is offering 3 ways for delivery of PAP equipment :

1. Direct shipment to your home for replacement machines

2. Teleconference appointment for those patients able to access remotely, with equipment shipped to your home

3. Pre-scheduled in person appointments for those who without access to or that are uncomfortable with doing it via teleconference
